Our medical dog tags are made of hard wearing, yet light weight, colourful aluminium, the tags have a shiny finish to the them.

The front has a white internationally recognised medical symbol.

On the back of the tag you can have all your details engraved.  For example, Name, Emergency phone number, Person to contact in an emergency, Blood Group, Date Of Birth, medical condition, etc...

They can either come with a 60cm chain or a 25mm split ring to attach to your key ring.  Please choose when ordering.

Tag Measures: 2" x 1.2" approx.

Comes in a choice of bright eye catching colours :

Pink, Purple, Red, Blue, Green, Black, Gold and Silver.

We recommend 8 lines of 10 characters for engraving.
