Our medical ID Dog Tags are made of high quality hard wearing, but light weight, colourful anodised aluminium and stainless steel.

They can either come with a 60cm chain or a 25mm split ring to attach to your key ring.  Please choose when ordering.

On the front is the internationally recognised medical symbol along with whatever medical condition you want engraved, Diabetic, Asthmatic, Epileptic, Allergies, etc... .  Alternately it can be left off.

On the back of the tag you can have all your details engraved.  For example, Name, Emergency phone number, Person to contact in an emergency, Blood Group, Date Of Birth, any other medical condition.

The tag can either be engrave top to bottom, portrait (as front), or landscaped.  For portrait engraving we recommend 8 lines of 10 characters, for landscape 5 lines of 18 characters.

Colours Available are: Silver, Gold, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Red, Pink, Purple, Green, Black, and Stainless Steel.

Tag measures 50mm x 30mm.

£3.35 - for single tag, symbol on one side, your details on opposite side.

£4.85 - for double tag, symbol on one tag, your details on second tag.
