How To......How To Order. Ordering online is very simple. Next to each item is a 'add to basket' icon. Just click to add your item to your basket. You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the 'view basket' icon at the top or bottom of each page. While viewing your basket you can change the quantity of each item or delete an item from your basket. When your are completely satisfied with your purchases you then proceed to checkout to complete your purchases. This is done with Google Checkout on their secure server. We do not hold your card details. Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, if there is a delay, will we inform you. All engraved items are sent first class record delivery and must be signed for. If you require your item fast, please choose Next Day Delivery on checkout, again this will need to be signed for. Large and heavy items maybe sent by 48hr courier delivery. All orders are posted free of charge by first class recorded delivery to UK addresses only, if you require Next Day delivery at £5.95 pre order, this can be selected at checkout (Monday - Friday only, if choosen on a Friday or Saturday before 11am, then delivery would be Monday, after 11am Saturday, delivery would be Tuesday). If outside the UK, please email us for delivery quote before ordering. The following postcodes may incur an extra charge on large orders, please check first before ordering: BT Returns If your item is damage in transit, please inform us as soon as possible, either by phone, 029 20777429 or by email, sales@countyengraving.co.uk. We will replace the item on return of the damaged item and cover all postal charges. Please note we do not accept returns on personalized items that you have misspelled, UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will offer a replacement or full refund.
