Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving your order, please add this to your delivery time as we have to engrave your order first, please note we are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays. In December, this can be extended to 3 days, due to the high demand.
At checkout you have a choice of 3 types of delivery to the UK.
You also have the option of Pick Up. If you do require Pick Up, please telephone us before travelling to check what time your order will be ready.
The 3 types of delivery to the UK are:
Free Delivery by Royal Mail Standard. Using this service your order should reach you within 5 - 7 working days of us posting
48hr Delivery - £3.95 per order Delivery by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked postage or First Class Mail. Using this service your order should reach you within 3 - 5 working days of us posting.
Royal Mail 24 hour tracked - £6.95 per order. Using this service your order should reach you within 1 day of us posting. A tracking number is obtained should there be any problems.
These are not guaranteed services and Royal Mail will not allow claims for lost parcels until 28 working days has passed.
You will receive a email once your order has left us and should be delivered by Royal Mail in the timeframe you chose at checkout. Should you not receive your order within a few days, please contact us so we can tracked your order and find out what is happening.
If Royal Mail attempt delivery and you are not in, they should leave a card for you to pick up or rearrange delivery. This must be done in 18 days or your order will be returned to us incurring a surcharge by Royal Mail. This surcharge will need to be paid by you, before we send your order back out to you.
We will drop you an email if you order is returned to us.
At the moment we are not shipping out side the UK.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible, either by phone, 029 20369212 or by email,
[email protected]. If your order has already been engraved, we are sorry, but we would be unable to cancel the order.
If your item is damage in transit, please inform us in 48hrs of receipt of the item, either by phone, 029 20369212 or by email,
[email protected]. We will replace the item on return of the damaged item. We may ask for pictures of the damage to the items. If we ask for the damaged item to be returned, we will supply a returns label. Returns will be made using Royal Mail service and will need to be taken to your nearest Post Office.
Please note we do not accept returns on personalised items that you have misspelled, UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will offer a replacement or full refund. We may ask for pictures of the item. If we ask for the item to be returned, we will provide a returns label. If returning a non engraved item because you do not like the product, cost of return is paid by the customer.
